They were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The financing process was quick and easy, and I felt like I got a fair deal on my trade-in. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Buyer beware. My experience with Buy Smart Motors and Reginald Stafford was extremely concerning. When I first looked at the vehicle, the check engine light was already on. I was told it wasn’t a serious issue, but I decided to have the car inspected by an independent mechanic before moving forward. The mechanic told me the vehicle had major problems and was not safe to drive and advised me to return it. When I went back to address this, Reginald refused to refund my money and the situation became very stressful. It ultimately took getting a lawyer involved before anything started to move forward. What made the experience even worse was the environment at the dealership. During my visit there were several of his family members in the office yelling and arguing loudly, and at one point a fight broke out in the back. It was chaotic and very unprofessional, which was a major red flag. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership or doing Business with Reginald Stafford in any capacity. (I’m disappointed by the response to my review. Rather than addressing the concerns I raised, the reply simply denies them. My experience with this dealership and with Reginald Stafford is described above and reflects exactly what occurred. Buyers should take the time to research the business and read the other reviews before making a purchase. Accountability and transparency are important when customers are making major financial decisions like buying a vehicle.)
