Avoid this dealership if you value honesty, communication, and customer service. I purchased a BMW M4 on April 8 and traded in my previous vehicle. I was told my plates would be returned and the registration handled properly. As of May 29, nearly two months later, I still have not received my plates and am still driving on temporary tags. To make matters worse, my insurance company has been charging me $8 per day because the dealership failed to complete a routine DMV process. Those unnecessary costs continue to add up. The person handling the DMV side of my transaction, Francisco, has been unable to resolve the issue. Whatever the reason, I am left dealing with problems that should have been handled by the dealership. The lack of accountability is disappointing, especially from a vehicle dealership. They were quick to complete the sale, but slow to fulfill their responsibilities afterward. Nearly two months after my purchase, I am still driving with temporary plates, paying extra insurance costs, and getting little help. This has been one of the worst post-sale experiences I have had. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, DO NOT!
