They have great deals are honest and on the top friendly too. Needless to say it is a rare combo. Finding the right used car is not so easy. But that’s only half the job or even less. As I am not a mechanic I have to rely on the dealership too. Having done a deep dive on reviews I avoided by chance another dealership that boosted its Google reviews (thanks AI searches to have warned me…). Straight motor sale came out as honest and having been around for a long time in business as such. So I decided to go there. Side note as they have a smaller lot, the turn over can be quick so don’t wait too long or give them a call, if you see a good fit. That’s also why their deals are good from what I understood as they cannot keep too many cars for a longer time. Of course take the car out on a tour to check the sound and feel etc… and ask questions. My experience is you get straight answers. Anyway it has been 2-3 weeks with the car and I am very happy with it. As I came upon this place thanks to reviews, it felt natural I would write one too.

He helped us feel comfortable with the process, he was very patient and willing to work with our budget and offered us some great options. Excellent customer service as well from all the staff. Very honest and professional dealership. I informed Brad we were looking for a reliable used car for my God daughter who will be driving back and forth from Albany and the Bronx and he steered us in the right direction. There was a minor issue with the car and he told us to bring it right in and took care of us. The car is looking and running great! We are so appreciative for his professionalism and guidance. Before visiting Straight Motor Sales, I did read a few reviews mentioning hidden fees I wouldn’t call them hidden, just not clearly noted. But once I arrived at the dealership, everything was explained honestly and upfront. I first met Johnny, who went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable with the process. He even took extra time to help get some things done to the vehicle that I couldn’t take care of myself since I had driven in from another area that really stood out to me. Carlos, the manager, was also excellent. He helped make the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Straight Motor Sales to anyone looking for an honest, helpful, and professional dealership. They’re upfront, they don’t hide anything, and they truly care about their customers. Best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle period.

Was looking for a reliable car and fast. Searching online found a nice 2010 Acura TSX at this location. Luckily I called and they held the car for me being I live an hour away didn’t want to pull up and the car was sold already. The price was reasonable and the staff is friendly and up front. I felt like I was dealing with family. I almost invited them to the family reunion, seriously (no pun intended). I will definitely be returning to purchase a business vehicle and soon my son will be driving. They have a lifetime customer with me.
