Great experience buying a car here. Adel is an honest and transparent guy, and easy to work with. We had an issue two days after buying the car and he stood behind the sale and worked with us to make it right. Appreciated the open communication and willingness to help even after the purchase. Has some nice cars on the lot too, would definitely recommend.

Bought my car over a year ago from Adel it is still running and driving great. My family has been buying from prestige since they opened. Great dealership great service. I would recommend anymore to shop here.

Around six months ago, I bought a car from here and before I bought it, I asked if everything had been checked over and if a mechanic checked out the car and gave it a stamp of approval. They said yes, I said great, I’ll come check it out. I went to check out the car, there were a decent amount of cosmetic issues that weren’t in the listing, but it was a cheap car and I was only using it for some work purposes and transporting goods, so I bought the car. Within three hours.. the car was making horrible noises, it was scraping the ground, I was all over the road bc it wouldn’t let me drive straight, every single light on the dash was on. I am a single girl over an hour from my home at this point and I’m scared but I manage to get it back to their lot and it died on their lot. I requested them to just give me my money back and cancel the sale, and they said “we can’t give you your money back It has already been taken off the lot but we will fix it.” I said OK fine. So, they have an “in-house mechanic“ and the in-house mechanic looked it over and “fixed it.“ I asked for a writeup of everything the mechanic did so I can have it in the car and use it to show any future mechanics and to keep a written history on the car. They said we do not provide write ups, we have an in-house mechanic. (They kept using their in house mechanic as an excuse not to explain what was done or give details on how the car was fixed) I explained that I needed to know what was done for its history and if something happens again. They said we don’t do that we have an in house mechanic. They sent me a text message with what the mechanic “did“. I was in the process of moving so the address that I signed the documents with, I knew would not be where the lease would need to be sent. I asked about this, they said “we will call you before we send it to double check the address” perfect ok. A couple weeks later the car dies, but I am able to jump it and I have to go buy a new battery. A couple weeks later car dies while I am in another state three hours from home, luckily able to jump it able to get home the battery came loose somehow. Now keep in mind it’s now been around 3-4 months and I still have no lease and my temp tag is expired. I call and call to try to figure out the lease situation, they don’t know either. Finally after 5-6 months of EXPIRED TAGS, they say oh yeah it got returned to us awhile back. So I finally get the lease sent to my new apartment after 6 months. Now I finally register the car and I kid you not….the alternator is dead. I have no words these people. Do not trust them, do not trust their in house mechanic, do not trust their cars. They were willing to sell a car that didn’t work, knowing it didn’t work, do a half ass job fixing said car, back office let me lease sit there in their office for who knows how long knowing I needed it (mind you they have all my information they could have called or texted immediately) and then proceed to try to justify all of their actions by saying “it’s an old car”. If you know it has all of these problems or if you think it’s too old or not safe to drive, do not sell it and advertise it as having no issues. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. I had a terrible experience here at Prestige Motorsport. First, it’s the lack of communication. I bought a car and was waiting for the title but I had to keep calling them for updates. They need to work on that. Second, after the title is delayed you would think they would apologize for the inconvenience or do anything to soothe our worries and frustration. Third, they kinda scammed me. They asked about my state so they put sales tax from the final sale but did not put that on any documentation so I ended up paying sales tax with them and with my DMV! The original price got so much higher when I was walking out, basically 2,000$ higher. Please do not come here! Also bring a mechanic with you! I had to pay to replace all brakes and wheel barring which is not cheap!
