Run. Seriously. The advertised prices are very misleading. After we looked at the car and started negotiating, they suddenly added around $1,500 as a “preparation” fee, which I was told basically covered things like transporting the car from auction and cleaning/preparing it. Why should that suddenly become the customer’s extra charge after the advertised price already got you through the door? On top of that there were additional dealer/doc and DMV-related fees. By the time everything was added, a car advertised around the low-$12k range was suddenly close to $15k out the door. The condition of several cars was disappointing too. Cars showing no accident history on CARFAX still had dents, scratches, and paintwork that looked poorly repaired or touched up. I obviously cannot say what happened to those cars before they arrived here, but what I saw in person did not match the impression the listings gave me. The interiors were also sprayed with an extremely strong fragrance/chemical smell. It felt like far more than normal detailing and made me wonder what odor they were trying to cover. My biggest issue is simple: be transparent about the real price from the beginning. Don’t advertise yourself as one of the cheapest options in the market, get customers to spend their time driving there, and then reveal another $1,500+ in dealer-created charges during negotiations. Maybe some buyers just accept it, but I walked away. Their Google rating looked reassuring before I went there. After my experience, I personally would take those reviews with a grain of salt.
