First off let me start off by saying how irresponsible these workers are and how the team work here is just at a 0. They're work ethic is disappointing gave a dirty car the most they did was give $ for a car wash because the car was disgusting. Took more then a month for a title and made broken promises how does management claim they'll do something like and extension then change there mind when you get there granted my daughter will take the buss for a week but I wasted time and gas for this they could have FedEx the title then have the audacity to have sarcastic attitude. Then block me in out of spite because Im writing a negative review

Worst car dealers ever. Don’t go. Avoid by all means. Poor attitude. Awful customer service. Drove 2 hours with a confirmed appointment and they won’t do a test drive. Mo is the worst. I drove there and with a valid DL. And I have been driving for more than 20 years and now the owner’s claiming I didn’t have a driving license. These guys are serious liars. Super bad attitude. Stay away from this dealership. Worst dealership. Talked with Jessica multiple times on the phone and exchanged texts regarding the appointment as well. Mo said that I had to do the paperwork for the car snd decide to buy it. No test drive before deciding to buy. Trust all the 1 star reviews these guys got.

My experience with this dealership was extremely stressful and unprofessional from beginning to end. I was allowed to drive off the lot with a vehicle before my financing had been finalized and approved by the bank. After I had already taken possession of the car, I was informed that I needed to provide an additional $1,500 within two weeks for the bank. Given the short timeframe and my financial circumstances, this deadline was unreasonable and difficult to meet. When I was unable to make the $1,500 payment by the deadline, I brought the car back to the dealership to have my tags taken care of. I was told that they were going to take a look at the vehicle. However, I later discovered that the vehicle had been disabled and I was not permitted to leave with it. At no point was I clearly informed beforehand that I could potentially lose possession of the car that day. I also spoke with one of the dealership’s employees, who told me that management had instructed them not to return the vehicle to me because I had not paid the full $1,500 that was requested. Throughout this process, I was asked to make additional payments despite the financing situation still being uncertain. The lack of communication and transparency caused unnecessary stress and confusion. No customer should be permitted to take a vehicle home unless financing has been fully approved and all requirements have been clearly explained in writing beforehand. Although I ultimately received my original vehicle back, that does not excuse the way this situation was handled. Customers deserve honesty, clear communication, and proper financing procedures. I hope this dealership improves its practices so that no one else has to experience the financial and emotional stress that I went through.

The staff were "helpful", in the sense that after they pulled the old bait and switch, then they wanted us to drive 45 minutes away to their other lot to look at a similar car that they had in stock there. We had already driven an hour and a half to look at the first car that we were assured multiple times over the phone was "still in stock". Including being told that right before we left. Only to be told when we arrived that they had "just sold it this morning" (which, by the way, was BEFORE we called the last time) but they had other cars to show us. Basically, you might find a good deal here, but unless you live right down the street, don't expect to find the car when you get there.
