10/10 experience! I have been in need and looking for a car for about a year now! My brother in law told me about Exclusive and I fell in love with their inventory! They have new inventory weekly and great deals! This past weekend I was finally able to seal the deal on the car I have been eyeing for MONTHSSS! The process was so smooth and professional! I was sold a car from these people apparently but really they just did the paperwork. I ended up buying it off a guy in Allentown PA and somehow the paperwork got done through this company.that was illegal and I’m still been waiting on them to help me with my paperwork that they said they were gonna help me with. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. Nobody’s answering me they do not help you with anything. It is a terrible place to buy anything from. I can’t even get my Mercedes legal now because they will not send me the paper that they Promised they would in order to show the ownership of the car Very unprofessional place I have an ongoing Court case Due to this vehicle!

Buyer beware post. Do not purchase a vehicle from a guy named Israel especially on Facebook marketplace. He was very dishonest about the Honda Civic I purchased from him. Totally false advertisement . He lied about the mileage in his post. He stated there were no mechanical issues with the car. All lies.. The list is long, with all the mechanical issues this car has. Presently the car is sitting because it won’t start. Again, do not purchase from Israel. Save yourself, do not purchase a vehicle from him.

Worst car-buying experience of my life, the only reason they get one star is because I can't give them a zero......buyer beware!!! I accompanied my mother to purchase a vehicle from this business at the end of January 2020, she paid for it cash on the spot. We were told by the sales associate that we would have the title in our hands within two weeks of purchase then we'd be set to go register the car and so on. After two weeks, no title....after 30 days of purchase, still no title. We then spoke directly with the owner of the business who apologized to us in behalf of his sales associate; he gave us a second temporary license plate as the first one expired, and assured us we would have the title within a few weeks. At the end of March, now two months after the purchase of the vehicle and with the second temporary plate due to expire, the owner told me that he had the title and that we could come pick it up; my mother and I wen to the dealership to pick up the title on a day we all agreed upon and he stood us up. We waited in the car, parked in front of the dealership for TWO HOURS, I called him 6 times within that time frame and he did not have the decency to pick up the phone or even the courtesy to call me back. Roughly four weeks ago, as the dealership resumed their normal hours of operation (due to the pandemic), we spoke on the phone and the owner said the situation was in the hands of his lawyer, but that he would have the title ready by the end of the week. At this point, we've been waiting for the vehicle's title for months and had reached the limit of our patience. Sure enough, the week came and went, and no title was ever produced. We went to the dealership and even though the owner said to give him another week to come up with the title, we demanded he give us our money back which he did. The following day we went to a small, local car dealer in Hudson county, purchased virtually the same vehicle (in much better condition) and had the tile in our hands in SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS......SEVEN. At the end of the day, I don't know what we did that would warrant these games to be played. My mother purchased the vehicle and paid for it in full, cash, on the spot. From my experience, this business lacks professionalism, they are not trustworthy and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone. They are, as per my experience, the absolute worst.

Customer service with Robert So unprofessional very arrogant 🙄 they sold him a LEMON, TRANSMISSION WENT OUT WITHIN 2 WKS OF PURCHASE AND CLAIM THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OK WHEN IT LEFT THE LOT, NOW EVERY SINGLE LIGHT IN THE CAR IS ON, PD ALMOST 7K ON THE CAR, AND 3K TO GET TRANSMISSION FIXED. DO I HEAR LAWER.
