10/10 experience! I bought my very first car from EMOS Auto Sales, and I couldn’t be happier. A huge thank you to Oscar, who was with me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. Also, a big thank you to the finance manager (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name!) for working so hard to make everything come together. One of the funniest parts was watching the finance manager go back and forth with my boyfriend, who’s been a car salesman for 20 years, about numbers. It definitely made for an entertaining negotiation! 😂 This was a last-minute purchase, and the team stayed after closing to make sure everything was finished and I drove home with my first car. I called the dealership looking for a car and a gentleman named Moe answered the phone and answered all of my questions found me the exact car I wanted. As a father of three, with two sons who recently graduated high school and are preparing for college, I was in the market for vehicles and came across a red Honda Accord Sport listed by Emos Auto Sales. The vehicle looked great, was priced competitively, and I was genuinely interested in making a purchase. Before making the trip, I called the dealership with a few basic questions about the vehicle, such as its safety features, fuel economy, and engine size. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone seemed unfamiliar with the vehicle and was unable to provide even simple information. I tried to be understanding and gave her the benefit of the doubt. She told me she would call me back after finding the answers. That call never came. As a result, I moved on and visited another dealership. Although their pricing was about $500 higher, I ended up purchasing not one, but two vehicles for my sons there because they were responsive, knowledgeable, and followed up with me. What disappoints me most is that a simple return phone call could have earned Emos Auto Sales a two-car sale. Instead, the lack of communication and customer service caused me to take my business elsewhere and spend more money. If you're serious about selling cars, following up with interested customers should be a priority. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for future buyers.
