Me & my Husband ran across a very nice & clean 2021 Cadillac CT5 on CarFax. The price was a steal so we jumped on it. The process started when we called Champion & spoke with our Sales guy Hash. He was pleasant, funny & not pushy at all. He transferred us to his Finance guy Adam & he was the one that sealed the deal. He basically guaranteed that he could get us into that car we wanted. We hopped right on the highway from PA. When we arrived, Hash took us on a test drive & we were ready to make a deal. Adam took over & made it happen. We were very pleased with the our deal. We got a low interest rate, GAP insurance & a warranty for a great price. Adam also gave us a fair trade-in price & affordable down payment. The whole in-person process took less than 2 hours. The best part is, Adam remained available to us regarding questions & requests even after the sale was made. He was responsive, professional, patient & overall a fantastic business man. My Husband loves his car & I'm very happy with this buying experience! If you want a luxury car, in good condition, that's affordable, with no hassle ... this is where you need to go!

I would not recommend going here. This whole dealership is basically a scam. I was in contact with the owner for a week about a car listed for $15,052 on car fax. The websites he uses to post his cars stated this included fees as well. He confirmed I could buy the car and I expressed to him that I was driving from out of state to get it. Then, when I got there he starts adding insane fees to the car. I showed him that on his listing, it says it includes the fees. The owner did not care and said that's wrong I don't include the fees on those websites (I can see why. No on would buy his cars If he included the fees). It felt like he was hiding things from me to get me in the door. The car went from 15,052 to 22,500. I asked the owner to explain what the fees were and he had no answer at all. I asked why he never said anything about the fees and again he had no answer. The price online is not the actual price you need to add about 8,000 in fees to every car on their website. Again this place is a scam, the owner was not genuine or personable, and lastly, the place was kinda dirty. Lastly when you look up the fees he puts on the car the first thing google says is that it's a scam. For example, the PDI fee is 2,500, he add this to every car and all the cars he has are used cars. When you look it up for used cars, it specifically says that this fee is a junk fee and you should walk way if they’re making you pay it. There is even an additional 3,000 fee on each car for “PREP”. NONE of these fees he could explain, all he said was look them up. When you google it, it will tell you that you’re getting scammed. Overall I give them 0 stars if I could. This place will try to scam you. Good luck if you ever go.
