My car broke down so I stopped at South St auto sales I spoke to Mike and he help me find a great vehicle for a low price. I couldn't believe that I left with a Toyota Corolla taxes and registration all included in the price for a fraction of what a dealer down the street was asking for . Great place to do business with, waiting time is a long process but nothing they can control, you can walk out with a car in a single day. Great employees, especially mike. Nice guy, not trying to screw you over like many others. Many great vehicles to choose from. Highly recommended

The woman seated at the second desk from the entrance was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during my visit. From the moment I approached her, she seemed uninterested in helping and repeatedly cut the conversation short by saying, “Thank you, bye,” instead of addressing my concerns or answering my questions. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Her behavior came across as discriminatory, although I cannot say for certain whether it was based on my appearance, sexual orientation, or something else. What I can say is that I was not treated with the courtesy, respect, and professionalism that every customer deserves. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training, as no one should be made to feel dismissed when seeking assistance.
