Mr. Carlos our sales rep was a true gem. I went into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted/needed and got precisely that. We had a few options but ended up with a better purchase. Mr. Carlos had patience and with the help of the dealership’s manager who was also awesome, we were able to close the deal and me and my husband were completely satisfied. I thought it would be a long and timely process but it was an ease. My husband and I also got blessed with bottled waters and great conversation while we waited from a stellar sales woman, Ms. Christina who was herself busy helping customers. Preferred Auto sales is amazing and has great deals. Customer service was excellent. Angel is the best. She reached out to me and answered all the questions I had with a positive attitude. She made sure to send me pictures and videos of the car because I live far from the dealership and was hesitant about driving that far to find out the car was sold like many dealers do to attract customers. She is very friendly and always smiling. I can’t thank Angel enough for making the process smooth.

I purchased my first car a few days ago and was helped out by Angel throughout the whole process. I did not know whether or not I would be driving out with a car however Angel and Cesar made it happen. I am not happy with this GWC warranty. Even though it covers less but it helps in rainy days. Always buy insurance for your car. Amazing, I was helped by Erwin and Lorenzo. They great and very nice to work with. They took their time to help me get my new car. Thanks guys. You are the best.
