My payments were low very accommodating. I picked up the car it was immaculate. I have nothing but five stars as a review for this company and I will recommend it to every poor soul, such as myself that has fallen upon hard times rather it be divorce hardship whatever the case may be I’m not proud of my credit score, but this will help me get it back in an order And everybody must start somewhere but if you need a reliable car food back-and-forth to work this is the perfect place to come

The worst buy-here, pay-here dealership I have ever dealt with. O’Gorman Motors repeatedly disables my vehicle despite me remaining current on my payments. I have never been late or behind. In fact, I paid an entire month in advance because the vehicle’s ignition system kept emitting an unbearable beeping noise. I later discovered the dealership had simply failed to remove my account from their notification list after my payments were made. Now they have disabled my vehicle again, claiming I failed to provide the proper insurance documentation after moving to another state—even though I already submitted the required information. Whenever an issue arises, the response is always, “Your contract states…” rather than taking responsibility for their own administrative errors. As a disabled veteran, I expected to be treated with far greater professionalism. They even failed to provide the correct handicap license plates the first time, creating yet another unnecessary inconvenience. Prospective buyers should also pay close attention to the numerous add-on fees and extras included in their contracts, as these can significantly increase the overall cost of the vehicle. Between the repeated administrative mistakes, disabling my vehicle despite my compliance, and the quality of the vehicles they sell, my experience has been extremely frustrating. I am pursuing legal remedies regarding these matters and would strongly encourage others to thoroughly review all paperwork and consider their options before doing business with this dealership.
