I needed a car fast and contacted many dealers but with my poor credit history they all wanted a bigger down-payment which I just didn't have at the moment. But when I came here they promised me that I'll be leaving with a car today and well I didn't get it that day because of my poor credit history but they told me to come again as they're still figuring things out. When I did come back as long as it took they eventually got me a CAR!! This made my whole day and I couldn't believe it, with the help of sal, Adam and the owner I was able to get a great deal on a used 2011 Honda crv. No matter how bad it may be for you try this place out and see what they can offer, they'll try everything to get you a car!!😆😎

The people are nice but be careful. The prices that are advertised is not the price when u purchase the car. Once they do the application check your credit because they will check with their lender before they go through the lender u requested. They basically force u to get $1500+ service warranty that is not good. Also watch out for "As-Is" because they don't include a 14 day warranty and the car will become your problem. They will stop answering your calls or give u a run around. Bring a car scanner or a mechanic if u are not car smart because they clear the codes so u don't see any issues on the dashboard. Then u are responsible for any issues..

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! The prices you see online are NOT what’s on display when you go in person. If you’re new to buying a used car DO NOT go alone, bring a mechanic or someone who has experience, because you’ll get ripped off. Went in on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 to purchase a vehicle from Dash Auto Gallery in Newark. It was a Dodge Durango listed online for $18,000. When turning on the vehicle I noticed a check engine light on the dash. When I asked the manager of the dealership why the check engine light was on he told me it was a sensor that needed to be replaced, and that he ordered the sensor for the vehicle and it’ll be repaired by Monday, April 6th, 2026 with warranty. He allowed me to test drive the Durango, and it drove fine. We went ahead and did the deal with the understanding that the vehicle was coming back Monday, April 6th for repairs and given back to me the same day. This was a painful 6 hours wasted!!!!! Not even 45 minutes of driving it off the lot the Durango went on limp mode, and no longer wanted to move. It left me stranded with my family in the car. The dealership came an hour later and told me that they’ll have it up and running by Monday, April 6th. The day came not a phone call. I called them at 3pm that day, and they explained to me that they needed more time. They told me it’ll be ready by Wednesday, April 8th. Wednesday came not a phone call from the dealership. I called them at 1pm, the sales representative told me that the manager was busy and would call me back at 3pm. I called the dealership at 3:45 because the manager never called me back. The manager explains to me on the call that the Durango has another issue, and that it won’t be ready until Friday April 10th, 2026. At that moment I told him I was coming down there to get my money back and to cancel the deal. When he reprinted the contract I then noticed he marked up the price of the vehicle from $18,000 to $21,000. After going back and fourth them for an hour they gave me my money back. Worst experience ever!!!

I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I have never experienced anything like this. My friend and I both purchased vehicles from this dealership on the same day, and we each had an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. The day of the sale took over 10 hours because the dealership was completely disorganized and unprepared. To make matters worse, they told us their systems were down, which caused even more delays. While technical issues can happen anywhere, the lack of organization, communication, and planning throughout the entire process made an already frustrating situation much worse. The incompetence didn't end there—it continued long after we drove off the lot. It took two months for both of us to receive our license plates, leaving us unable to legally drive our vehicles for an extended period. Throughout the process, we were repeatedly given conflicting information. At different points they had the wrong email address on file, the wrong mailing address, promised multiple times to email updated registration documents that never arrived, and even told us our plates had been mailed when they had not. Every time we called, we received a different explanation. The problems didn't stop with the paperwork. The day I purchased my vehicle, I began experiencing sensor issues. Before purchasing the vehicle, I was assured that there were no issues with the car and that it was in good condition. Finding problems immediately after the purchase was extremely frustrating and raised serious concerns about whether the vehicle had been properly inspected before being sold. Customers should be able to trust that they are purchasing a vehicle that has been accurately represented. What made the experience even worse was the lack of honesty. We were repeatedly told things that turned out to be untrue, and the pricing was misleading. The advertised online price was not the same price we were quoted once we arrived at the dealership. Advertising one price online and then presenting a higher price in person is unacceptable. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, not a months-long exercise in frustration. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I have never encountered this level of disorganization, poor communication, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. The fact that my friend and I purchased our vehicles on the same day and both experienced nearly identical problems makes it clear this was not an isolated incident. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers, properly prepare the vehicles they sell, and know how to handle the car-buying process professionally. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and unnecessary aggravation—this dealership simply isn't worth the hassle.
