I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. From the moment I arrived, I felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle instead of being asked about my needs or what I was looking for. The sales staff did not take the time to listen, answer my questions, or explain the process. One of my biggest concerns was that my credit was run and submitted to multiple lenders without anyone clearly explaining what was happening or obtaining my informed consent. A major financial decision like purchasing a vehicle requires transparency, and I did not feel that was provided. After my visit, I contacted the manager hoping to discuss my concerns and find some resolution. Unfortunately, that conversation was just as disappointing. The manager did not address my concerns in a meaningful way or demonstrate the level of professionalism and customer care I expected. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience. Good customer service starts with listening to customers, communicating clearly, and being transparent throughout the process. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I hope this feedback encourages the dealership to improve the way it treats future customers.
