77 Auto Mall

They helped me with everything car related thought A-Z I thank then very much for their patience and understanding.

If I could give this dealer -1000 I will. This is by far the worst car dealership you could ever find to purchase a car from. The owner Hakeem is very very shady and evil. He buys accidents cars, fix the minor parts and then leave the major problems parts for the buyer. The moment you buy the car withen 30days to 60days that’s when you begin to face the most insane headache about the car problems. The brakes, the coolant, the Axles, the Engine head Gasket, soo many problems that you wont even fathom how to go by it. I’ve spent $7k on just repairs.. if you call him, he will just throw you off like, it’s past the 30days warranty so theres nothing he could do for you with a rude voice. NEVER GO HERE TO BUY A CAR. It’s for your own good trust me

Will not go back to them when to them to get a car put a down payment on a audi.\nAnd they sold it the next day when I came down to pay full price

STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE, IF SOMEBODY TAKE THEIR TIME TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW MEANS SOMETHING, MANY PEOPLE HAVE DONE IT. BE CAREFULL THIS ARE THE KIND OF DEALERSHIP TRAYING TO RIP OFF PEOPLE WITH OLD DAMAGED CARS, I WAS THERE A FEW DAYS AGO INQUIRING ABOUT A CAR THEY HAVE ON SALE, I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 1 HOUR TO FINALLY BE ATTENDED AFTER BEEING ENTERTAINED EVERY 5 MINUTES WITH SWEET WORDS, DURING THIS TIME I SEEN ABOUT 6 OR 7 NEW CLIENTS COMING IN TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THEIR CARS JUST BOUGHT HERE, SOME WHERE SEND TO THEIR MECHANIC WICH SEEMS TO JUST PATCH CARS AND OTHER ONE WERE JUST OFFERED AN OLDER CAR SINCE THE ONE THEY JUST PURCHASED WAS ALREADY DEAD. WHEN FINALLY HAD THE CHANCE TO LOOK AT THE CAR SUB FRAME WAS RUSTED SO BAD UNDERNEATH AND LIGHTS ON AT DASHBOARD WHEN I MENTIONED ABOUT IT THE OWNER GOT MAD INSTANTLY CHANGED HIS ATTITUD WHEN I SAID I WOULD NOT BUY THE CAR FOR THOSE 2 REASONS, RUSTED FRAME AND DASHBOARD WARNING LIGHTS, HE SAID I WAS CRYING FOR A 2 OR 300 HUNDRED DOLLARS FIX YEAH RIGHT ! ... THEN HE WALKED AWAY AND CALL THIS GUY CRIS WICH SEEMS LIKE HIS DOG, HE CAME TO ME ASKING FOR A DEPOSIT AND ARGUING I TOLD HIM I WAS GONNA BUY THE CAR, I MENTIONED ABOUT THE WARNING LIGHTS AND RUSTED FRAME WHEN HE STARTED BARKING AND COURSING ABOUT ME DENYING TO GIVE A DEPOSIT OR BUY THE CAR LIKE THAT. PLEASE DONT GO HERE, STAY AWAY MANY BAD REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE, IF PEOPLE TAKE THEIR TIME TO WRITE THIS REVIEWS MEANS THE EXPERIENCE WAS THAT BAD THEN WE TAKE OUR OWN TIME TO AVOID OTHER PEOPLE BEEN SCAMED.

Sells extremely dangerous vehicles that are rusted out from the bottom and brakes that go out in a week. Does shady things to make the car run ok on test drives that won’t run the same the next day. Will curse vulgarity over you in any discussion about the car that is asking if there’s anything wrong with it and will swear to god on a lie. Better off trusting a random Facebook marketplace owner than trusting anything this guy says.
