Ferarro Auto Sales

My overall experience at Ferarro Auto Sales turned out to be superior. I gave this place a five star review because of their customer service. Day one, I asked was there any work done to the vehicle? I was told no work was done and I respect the honesty. I had to call their office a few times, and every time my call was answered professionally. The transaction was smooth and I am a satisfied customer.

First time getting a car from a dealership and I felt a bit anxious about the whole thing. Jae was so patient and made the process so much easier. I would recommend Jae from Ferarro to everyone because she truly goes above and beyond to help get you the best deal.

I found this car dealership on carfax and I sent them an email last Sunday asking if the Chevy equinox was still available. They responded Monday morning saying yes. I did the application before going to see the car just to see if I got approved first. Before even arriving the communication was great. I went Monday late afternoon and met with Jae and to see the car. Jae was awesome she explained everything in Spanish so that my husband could understand. We decided on buying the car. We left the car at the lot because we noticed the tires were worn out. The owner I forgot his name, ordered the new tires right there and let us know the car would be ready by Friday. Exactly what they said the car was ready and they even changed the front breaks because they didn't like how it felt. I could go on and on lol. I Highly recommend this dealership!!!!
