This place is amazing!! After being told no by several other dealerships, Bill and Brian were able to get me in my beautiful 2017 Chevrolet SUV! You need a car to get into then this is the place to go. Brian, Bill and Connor are awesome with great salesmanship and just all around good people. They worked on making sure I would be able get into the vehicle I wanted not what they wanted. 3 days after meeting with them I drove off their lot with my GORGEOUS SUV. Erin was very kind. Sold me the car of my dreams… which turned into nightmares. I impulsively bought it in a hurry, but reached out immediately that the brakes were squeaking. They assured me that it was normal and that I needed to press the brakes harder when I stop. I brought the car in for them to look at and clear the screen for an inspection they didn’t clear off of it. They kept telling me they couldn’t find the tool to clear the screen so it never got cleared. The brakes ended up getting much worse so I brought the car to a proper mechanic and had them look it over. Told me I needed new rotors and everything. I went back to the dealership who kept pushing me back more. It took 4 months to get the car in. They did give me two new rotors on the front. However they didn’t change any brake pads and the most alarming part was when they cut off the prongs of my brake pads to hopefully quiet the noise long enough for me to be out of their way. The brakes lasted a week after I they did this. Now I’m stuck paying thousands to fix their negligence and dangerous cheap scams to get the car out the door. I don’t recommend. I drive my daughter in this car and am so sad/mad that something dangerous could have happened with her in it. I’ll be posting the pictures of the brakes pads they cut beside brand new ones so you can they just cut them. So disappointed in this company, I really wanted to go back when I needed a second car soon.
