What a great small dealership! A friend of mine bought his car from this dealership and highly recommended it. He was absolutely right! After searching for the car I wanted for weeks I was able to find the best deal on value and quality here. The owner is very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I did not feel pressured to buy on the spot by any of the usual sales pitches of how this is the best deal on the market and all the other nonsense. I took my time inspecting and test driving in peace. I am very satisfied with my new car and the over all experience at AK Auto. Definitely highly recommend them!
Sold me a wonderful 07 Fusion for an EXCELLENT price. Passed inspection and has only needed 1 spark plug replaced since i bought it 2 months ago. Salesman was very laid back and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.
We've purchased our last two cars from AK AUTO and I would shop no where else for a used car. Both times they found the Toyota we were looking for and the cars were great. Excellent service as well and always straight and direct--no nonsense. Lots of integrity. I could not recommend them more highly.
*RED FLAG* I hardly ever leave poor reviews but sometimes it's needed. Now the owner was very friendly but the minute he saw me pull out my code reader it made him very uncomfortable, asking if I was going to use that. Well yeah that's the point of having one! Then processed to take MY code reader and plug it up for me. And he quickly changed screens so I wouldn't see the 7 deleted codes he had. After that my mind was made up that I wouldn't be giving him my hard earned cash. Good luck to anyone who goes to this place. Be smart, take a mechanic or at least a code reader with you!
I drove over 2½ hours after two full days of communication with the mechanic’s wife, confirming multiple times that the vehicle would still be available. I even made it clear that I wouldn’t make the trip if there was any chance it might sell. Despite all that, I arrived to find it had already been sold. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. This kind of dishonesty and disregard for people’s time is beyond frustrating — I strongly advise others to avoid doing business here
