I drove two hours to purchase a vehicle from them (Springfield, MA), and after buying it, the vehicle failed MA inspection due to tire tread. I contacted the dealership, and even though there was no warranty and they were not legally obligated to cover anything, they still reimbursed me for half of the cost of the tires and installation. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize them for doing the right thing and helping me out. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation.

This is the second vehicle I bought from Mike and Matt. I had such a great experience with my F150 years ago that I had to go back. They don't subscribe to the heavy pressure sales like other major dealers around town. You can haggle a little bit too if that's your thing. We even refer friends and family when everyone asks "Where did you get that?"

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Matt while purchasing my 2010 Audi A4. From start to finish he has been very helpful with any concerns I’ve had. Immediately he asked me if I had any questions to come find him which I loved. Nothing worse than a leeching salesman. After I checked out the lot comfortably I found the car I was interested in. Matt and I went through a very friendly negotiation on price, and I signed the paperwork. After driving for a few days I noticed a few small issues. I addressed these to Matt and he responded telling me to drop the car off and he supplied me with a loaner car while mine was worked on. Most places want nothing to do with you after you purchase, but Matt has been very helpful throughout. He showed me multiple saved videos on his phone related to features on the Audi. Which to me shows that on his off time he was searching these things to better explain questions I had. Little things like that show me that he cares and takes pride in his work. Not only that, the vehicles they have are very clean and smooth driving. Check these guys out on their website and if you can find Matt and make yourself a deal.

Purchased a Subaru Impreza here that came riddled with issues from the battery to the transmission to leaking oil. These issues all popped up very shortly after purchasing the vehicle and have caused me a lot of extra time and money spent. These all should have been found and fixed prior to purchase. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a used vehicle because they did not do their due diligence with mine.
