There is so much to say here. After having bought and driven used cars for decades, private sales, small car dealers only, I began leasing and enjoyed maintenance-free living for over 10 years. Then, I needed a specialty WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicle) due to a family member needs. New, they are unaffordable for the average person/family. So we are left to search for quality, used ones....and that within a certain radius for it to make sense. I had 2 terrible experiences. 1. With the largest dealer of WAV in the nation. 2. WIth a private seller who on several occasions yelled at me openly because of issues with the van I was trying to get estimates for before I bought. Then, one day, I came across a photo of a WAV that Ken had on his lot. Not only did he have one, but his location was just within a distance we could manage. I immediately contacted him. We were there the next day...a Sunday, while his daughter Melissa was running the business. Because I was still learning the things that were important about WAVs we had some questions. Ken not only came by, he brought one of his mechanics (Pat?) and helped us out....on a Sunday. Over a 2 week period, he secured the financing (that took a day) did any and all work (inspection-necessary in our state and it hadn't been on his lot very long) as well as additional things that were simply good will. He is the most chill person, kind and considerate which is a rarity in this business. Both of his daughters have worked/work with him and Melissa was lovely. Ziggy (Service Mgr) was also incredible. It's hard these days to get value for what we pay and it's hard to be in the business of selling used cars, especially given car dealer reputations and low margins. So, I highly recommend that if you need a car and can get to Manchester that you visit with Ken and trust that you are dealing with a truly nice human who will help you. And, when you also have a good experience, put it here. Too many people want to complain these days and we need more people to put good vibes out here. And, to support the people who deserve it.

I purchased my 2012 Honda pilot SUV thru them and it was by far a great experience. I went in there expecting to be turned down for my credit and past history and if for any reason I was approved I thought I would have to have a cosigner and I had a lot of self doubt going on. The owner despite me having doubts did not at all... I was approved for loan without Co signed but than I was denied by that bank due to switching positions at work it said I didn't have my job long enough but he didn't turn me down he kept at it and got me approved for a even shorter loan. Because I have chime for a bank account I wasn't able to take my down payment out all at once and he allowed me to pay it over a few days so that way I could withdrawal some each day from my account. To anyone trying to rebuild there life and credit and looking for a reliable vehicle this place is great.

Ken is a great guy we bought a Durango from him we had some mechanical issues a few weeks after mostly due to age. Ken honored his warranty as described when we bought the car. I would highly recommend you return Ken is a man of his word.

WARNING! BEWARE of doing business with Ken and Real Deal. I purchased a vehicle for my 16 year old son in July 2025, and then had to return multiple times for issues with the alignment and inspection. Two months later I had to replace tires and mentioned again this car could not have passed inspection in this condition. No response from Krafty Kenny. Now today after taking the vehicle to a reputable service shop am being told this vehicle will NOT pass inspection. I relayed this information to Krafty Kenny and again no response. AVOID these people at all cost they are sketchy and could care less if your vehicle is safe to drive.
