The entire sales team was amazing throughout the entire purchase process. We went in to get my son his first car and we left with a car for my son and two new cars for myself and my boyfriend. Brad was so great to work with and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable the entire time and that we got into the vehicles we wanted. Definitely a great experience! And it showed my son how car shopping SHOULD be! Thank you to the entire sales team, but an extra thanks to Brad for making this all happen for us!
Great communication from employees at this dealership. Everyone who worked with me to trade in my car was thoughtful and charismatic, especially Hunter. He worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. He was friendly and welcoming and honestly made the whole experience of buying a car feel more personal.
I had a great experience working with Ben at the AutoFair Ford dealership in Manchester. From the moment I walked in, Ben was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Ben answered all my questions clearly, explained my options in detail, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I really appreciated his honesty and patience throughout the entire experience. It’s not always easy to find someone who truly puts the customer first, but Ben definitely did. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ben—you’ll be in great hands!
We couldn’t be happier with our 2026’ F350 Platinum purchase. Brad made the process easy by providing all options and helping us stay within our price point. The best part was that he wasn’t pushy like other salesmen we had encountered. Everyone who helped with the sale was a 10/10. We will be back in the future!
I traded in my F-350 that I bought new in 2013. The 2026 F-350 Dually that I purchased from Autofair Ford in Manchester was the first truck I bought in 13 years. AutoFair had the best optioned Dually for the best price. No pressure tactics, up front pricing and friendly staff. Shout out to Ben, my sales rep. He was fantastic.
