Victorian Auto Sales Sparks

My friend recommended Victorian Auto Sales to me and I’m glad they did. The staff was really helpful the entire time, I never felt pressured into anything. I actually looked at both of their locations and they had a lot of trucks for me to check out. I worked with Benny at the Sparks store and Angel at the Reno one. I feel like they took the time to help me find something I liked and worked with my budget.

Bought my car from Victorian Auto Sales and honestly had a really good experience. Everyone was easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and they made the process way smoother than I expected. They worked with my credit, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a car and shopping on a budget!

I Had such a lovely experience with Victorian Auto sales, The Owners were very cooperative with my financial situation and the company is also bilingual! (which was great because my family is mostly Spanish-speaking) , I typically Have such a Bias with Honda automobiles and they had a wide variety of brands and models for me to choose from. Each Vehicle was explained thoroughly to both my parents and my understanding! The used cars were very clean for being "used" ( The seats and interior looked and smelt BRAND NEW). I loved their new cars selection but my family ended up settling for an amazing condition 2011 Toyota 4 runner SUV ! They've been great assistance and I highly recommend their services to anyone in the Reno/Sparks location!

Went in today and looked at a 2015 Jeep and the salesman Willy was cool at first let me test drive it and did all the paperwork and told me that he would call me in an hour an hour and a half later I texted him and he said that they wanted a lot of money down which is crazy because I told him I just paid my bills so I didn’t have any more to put down other than a trade in which made me mad because I understand that he wants his commission but he seemed like he could careless about my position would not recommend this place to anyone also the battery was dead and had to be jumped and the passenger side tires needed air so they don’t keep up with the vehicles on their lot
