From test drive to the completion of sale when I bought my Trunda was professional, fast and hassle free. I'm from out of state and everything went smoothly. I will buy here again.

I bought a car from here a month ago and right off the bat the Ignition lock was failing, the air conditioner failed completely and the engine light is already on after only a month. Before we bought this car we asked if everything was in good condition they said everything was brand new and worked fine. I tried to go back after the engine light turned on because it’s unbelievable only after a month of use it’s already on and they said it was too late and refused anymore customer service, this dealership should be ashamed of having another buyer from here give them a bad review, anyone seeing this don’t buy from here I just seen the reviews and they should be ashamed to even be up and running when all they do is look at you stupid while you pay them money for a car they don’t even know how to fix correctly. I will be getting a lawyer and filing a lawsuit they can’t keep doing this to hardworking people.

I bought a truck from JR'S and they said there mechanic gave it a through inspection and everything was great , the problem started down in Cali had to go for a emergency and the check engine light came on and I took it to Toyota dealership and was informed that the #7 valve had a miss fire , I came back home and it went off then it started running correctly no power so I took it to a local shop and explained what was happening with no power and the fact that it would shake at 65 mph and they said someone had buried the check engine notification and it needs a whole new front end the valve replacement cost $1000.00 and it would be another $2000.00 maybe more to replace the front end . They refused to even talk to me about it, but apparently they don't know the law . I didn't but I do now . Thank you Penny Land

Went in and looked at a vehicle. They said they would hold the car and we made a verbal deal and I went to get the title for my trade in and a cashiers check from the bank and agreed I would come back on Friday to buy the car as i needed to get the title and cashiers check. Got a call a day later that they sold the car we had agreed I was going to buy. Now I have to go thru the headache of reversing the cashiers check, and I drove 4 hrs to get the title for my trade-in. Very poor business practice, and I dont recommend buying from here. They made a deal and totally disregarded it and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Take your business to a place that cares and sticks by their word.

Sold me a 2005 Mazda 6 that appeared in great condition. After getting an oil change 6 months after buying. The shop I took it to looked underneath and noticed the oil pan had a ghetto plug that didn’t fit and wasn’t the one that was the original plug in the drain plug along with Teflon tape (plumbing tape) to seal it which obviously wasn’t correctly working or fixed. When I went back to JR to demand they fix the oil pan they told me it had been “too long”and they weren’t responsible. When I started explaining everything wrong and the fact that as a dealer they do oil changes before selling every car, that should’ve been fixed beforehand. Both of the owners didn’t even look me in my eyes they just kept looking at the ground. I was disappointed and told them they should be ashamed to do that to anyone let alone when I bought the car I had my 2 year old with me. I said bluntly that they sell messed up cars to people fully knowing they’re in bad condition and they couldn’t even say anything because they knew what they had done. Absolutely DISGUSTING place. Should be shut down. Oil pan isn’t a cheap fix and something that clearly should’ve be taken care of before selling to the public. Don’t give them any money, they should be shut down. UNTRUSTWORTHY.
