This place is one of the best dealership i’ve ever encountered. As soon as I entered the lot, I was greeted right away by Pablo and everyone made sure I had help. I was promised to take a car home that day and sure I did go home with a car. Every one spent hours and hours helping me out with everything that I needed specially getting approved with a bank loan. My credit score may not be the best and yet they did everything and pulled some strings to get me approved. Any issues I had, they’re always there to help out. If you are looking for a trustworthy and very honest dealership, this would be my number 1 recommendation.
I’ve purchased a second vehicle from Simple Auto. My experience this time has been fantastic. Grace, (Finance and Sales) is an Angel. Carina is awesome at customer service. Gerardo is top notch with explaining all about the vehicle options and showing how all buttons work as well as helping with DMV and insurance questions.
