Ideal Auto Sale

I had an anmazing experience at Ideal Auto Sale! The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making the car buying process a breeze. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me to the perfect vehicle

My husband and I recently purchased two SUVs from here, a Dodge Durango and a Jeep Cherokee and we couldn't be more impressed! The service was exceptional from start to finish. went above and beyond to help us secure an amazing cash deal on both vehicles. 10/10

Amazing customer service, they treat you like family and I felt like I belonged, no tricks nor scams all honesty. If I could I would buy more cars just for the experience. I recommend to go to this dealership might be the best. 💯💯💯💯

Highly recommend this place for new buyers, Mohammed was amazing and helped me tremendously. I bought a 2016 ford mustang and it has been amazing.

If I could give it less stars I would. Bad customer service. Phone calls are unanswered a lot of the time. Some don't speak english so it's hard to communicate efficiently. Don't buy a car from them, the suv we purchased had many issues that would have cost thousands on top of the payments every month. Fuse box needed to be replaced along with the gas tank broken and heater not working, spare tire wasn't usable and alternator almost caught on fire. They'll sell you a broken car and be disrespectful about it. Very unreliable service, cheaper price not worth it. Also their restrooms never seemed to have toilet paper in it.
