We had a great experience at the dealership. Thomas was fantastic to work with—he was never pushy, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very patient throughout the entire process. He made everything feel comfortable and stress-free. Everyone at the dealership was also very welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Thomas and this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

I came for the Rent2Buy program, and found it was very difficult to rent the car because the lady Socorra was quite unfriendly and standoffish. However, the sales people were brilliant including Tomas and Martin. They turned an unfortunate snafu around and found me a much better car than the original car I had picked on-line out of the Hertz current rental fleet, and I was extremely impressed by how smooth the process went, even switching cars. I personally would not recommend plucking your car from the Hertz rental fleet on their website but rather choose from the cars that have already been reconditioned and placed their sales forecourt. Because of my job I needed an inexpensive, fuel efficient vehicle that I could use to run around town. At Hertz I found a great used vehicle in excellent condition and at a great price. The team at Hertz made the buying experience easy. If you are looking for a slightly used vehicle I highly recommend shopping at Hertz.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought a vehicle from Hertz back in 2018 at this location and was a wonderful experience. From the first interaction I’ve ever had with them recently has been frustrating. Trying the rent2buy and reserving a vehicle. The lack of communication from the salesman, very poor transparency. I did a credit app and on The second time I was approved with a trade-in. Bringing my vehicle there and one of the salesman was just so unprofessional and just got under my skin. The vehicle showed up one day later than expected, me begging the salesman to know what I was approved for and my terms and what payments look like was frustrating. Driving two hours from another state to see this vehicle and I was sent very poor pictures by the salesman. Found so much unexpected damaged on a vehicle, that wasn’t explained to me by the salesman and once I asked them, would they be able work on the price with me because I was interested in the vehicle and I was basically told no. When they pulled the application, it took a hit on my credit inquiry, and his vehicle showed up in a condition that I wasn’t expecting with the lack of communication Just so unprofessional. It just wasn’t worth it and even seeing the vehicle in person, knowing that this vehicle is active in a fleet, with the damages that it has, I wouldn’t rent it either and the price of a vehicle being nearly $40k. wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location just go elsewhere, even if it requires you to go to a different state to purchase a vehicle from Hertz. Trust me, it is not worth the hassle that you’re gonna go through.

Had a pre-paid reservation to pick up two cars at 10am. Arrived on time and was told they did not have any cars available for me to pick up. Waited for over an hour and they were finally able to get me into one of the cars I already paid for. It took another two hours to finally get me into the 2nd vehicle I pre paid for. Waiting at car rental was not how I planned on starting my vacation. All planned activities were pushed back 3 hours and did not get to do everything I planned. Hertz didn't even try to do anything to make this right. No discounts, no free gas, nothing. I planned, booked and prepaid my trip but their lack of management caused me a half a day of vacation, after flying across the nation.
