I’m very picky when it comes to my car but that was not a problem with him at all. Throughout the process, he was completely transparent about the vehicle’s history, providing detailed documentation of the maintenance, repairs, and expenses if there was any. I bought a car yesterday from Ortiz Auto Sales and I am thrilled to have done business with them. I don't often write reviews and I am normally hesitant to buy cars from dealerships, but this was the exception. Joaquin is a genuine man and salesperson. Very transparent and honest as well as knowledgeable about the cars in his lot. He did not rush nor intimidate me while I was looking at the car. These are kind and good people to do business with and I will now be recommending Ortiz Auto sales to all my friends and family that are searching for used cars. Don't be afraid to give them a call or visit their location, they are very welcoming and a pleasure to speak to. Very great experience and I will definitely be returning to purchase another car!
