Outstanding Service at Newport Motors Las Vegas!!!! I just moved from Italy to Las Vegas a few days ago and buying a car was one of my biggest priorities. JJ at Newport Motors absolutely killed it helping me find the perfect vehicle. I gave him a strict price range and he respected it from start to finish, showing me only great options that fit exactly what I needed. What stood out the most was how attentive he was. He listened to what I liked and didn’t like and he tailored the entire experience to me as a buyer. That level of care truly made a difference. The whole team here made the car buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. JJ moved fast, got me an affordable and reliable car at a great price, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I almost never write a bad review until today. I would highly recommend avoiding Newport Motors unless you carry a ASE certified mechanic with you in your pocket or have them put the car on a lift for you to inspect. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I still have my car and loved it until finding out it had over 6 thousand dollars worth of suspension, undercarriage damage not covered in the CarFax or disclosures. The management was quick to answer with a "your on your own sort of response" and had "no honor" or "no integrity" to make anything right. Very disreputable! Very sad day when all they care about is getting the car off their lot to wash their hands. (Picture is an alignment report from my BMW dealer).
