I never post reviews but in this case I felt I should. Undoubtedly the best used car dealer I have ever dealt with. I came from over 100 miles away to purchase my SUV from them and they were super nice and professional, they even held my vehicle for just over a week so I could gather up my finances for the purchase. I was in and out the day of sale and drove home with no issues and the SUV runs fantastic and I got a great price! Thanks Car Country! You are the best in the Biz. UPDATE ** It has been about 6 months now and many trips to Phoenix in my car and not a single issue wrong with it. It runs fantastic and smooth. Thanks again Car Country!

This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Barbara and Anita are amazing! I went in last week and test drove a few cars and told them we would think about it and come back. Both Barbara and Anita both checked in multiple times throughout the week and they even held the car for a few days for us. Went back today and was in and out in less than an hour and drove off in our new car!

They only had 7 cars today. I'm interested in one but there's two other people ahead of me for a test drive. Service was a bit better. Blessings for me if I get it. If I don't just time the right one.

3 vehicles and $4,000 paid to this dealership in less than 30 days and i have no car of my own to show for it!!! I purchased a Kia Soul+ with a $1,900 down payment…my experience was so great so, i referred my girlfriend to purchase a 2013 Volkswagon Tijuan with a $1,900 down payment as well. My girlfriends Volkswagen started not switching gears, the engine light and EPC light were on and then the car would shut off while driving. My Kia Soul blew the engine, conveniently, a few days after the 30 day warranty expired. I thought that Barbara and this family operated dealership would take care of me because I’m a repeat customer but instead, i was told that i needed to pay $400 to cancel my contract, $550 for them towing my car to them after the engine blew while on the freeway and if i wanted another car, i would need to put at least another 2k down again…she did however put my girlfriend in another car but now that airbag light is on…. I’m very disappointed in how I’ve been treated in this situation after all of my referrals to them and especially being a repeat customer. 😔😤

They repossessed my car during Covid. Which is crazy when Covid first hit everybody lost everything and they didn’t even have the decency to tell me that they were coming and I was trying to work with them however, I had got laid off and I let them know that. Unemployment didn’t kick in yet as a matter of fact, Unemployment didn’t kick in until like almost 4 months later And yeah, they came and took my car and didn’t say anything and then made me pay money to come and get my belongings out of the car.
