One of the easiest auto transactions I've had in my lifetime and I'm in the auto industry. Laura my sales consultant was easy to communicate with from Day 1. I was looking for a very specific Ram Promaster that they just happen to have it in stock. I flew from Wisconsin and Laura picked me up from the Omaha airport. Scott the GM was awesome as well. Other dealerships I worked with in multiple states made what could have been an easy process complicated because they don't know what customer service is. Quest knocked it out of the park!! Laura and Scott are awesome to work with!!
AJ was a great salesman! He helped us purchase our Ram ProMaster at Quest Auto Sales and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was not pushy at all he really listened to what we wanted. When we mentioned we had other vehicles to look at elsewhere, he respected that and didn’t pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable. Instead, he encouraged us to reach out if the other options didn’t work out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We will definitely recommend him and plan to return for future car purchases!
