I have purchased a used car from Prime Auto and they have done repeat service work for me on an existing vehicle. I am consistently impressed with the cleanliness of each used car for sale on the lot, the customer oriented business practices and the quality and reasonableness of the service work performed. There are ASE service technicians on site. I am a repeat customer on recommendations of a close friend. I’ve been going to Prime Auto for years. They have always been very welcoming and helpful! They never beat around the bush about what needs to get done or try to recommend unnecessary fixes. They explain everything through and through. Oil changes and work overall is generally fast with bigger work done within the day or following. Fairly priced as well. Only place in Omaha I trust and definitely a staple in our community!

I’ve been going here for years now and receive great work every time. I’m in and out within 15 mins for oil changes and have had other work done on both my vehicles there and it’s been more affordable than other places by far. Definitely recommend them to my friends.

Purchased a new vehicle that needed some big repairs, took it to Prime. They helped me out and did a great job! Front desk ladies were cool. I have some other things I want checked out and I'll definitely have the team there do it!
