We have purchased 5 cars total from Preferred. These guys are great. They will put you in a car with very little questions asked. Just make your payments. They WILL repo your car if not ... but you can catch up and get it back. Not that many car dealers work with you as easily as they do and a lot of us out here have bad credit. We have paid off 3 and traded in 2 for other vehicles. Usually a nice selection. Great guys.
Had an older car i bought. Needed to send it in to get it fixed. They witheld it for two weeks. All of my CDs gone, everything of value gone. Things missing that could get my mother fired from her job. Worst dealer ever. Will possibly update later.
How can I buy a car if you don't even have a website. This company isnt worth pursuing.
Purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima from them and had problems with them and the car immediately. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful and the car hadn’t been cleaned out whatsoever. Wasn’t a problem for me until it needed maintenance within a month of driving it. And now, they repoed my car without contacting about payment. All after I paid them 3 months in advance. Instead of calling me they stole it back at 12 AM like thieves and when I speak with them about it the next day they state that they don’t have to call me about anything. Even desperate buyers should beware of their illegitimate business practices.
