I recently purchased a manual 2019 Subaru Impreza Sport from Exclusive Motors. They made the process quick and easy. They were very nice and maintained great communication with us. We were worried we were out of luck since we had just signed all the paperwork. To our surprise, their customer service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make things right, and they ended up putting us with my son’s 1st choice vehicle that was actually more expensive at no additional cost to us. They truly stood behind what they sold. When it came time to buy a car for our 2nd son, we came back and found the perfect one. We love Subaru and Toyota vehicles, and they always seem to have a great selection. They are honest, easy to work with, and genuinely care about their customers. We highly recommend them

Got this 2024 Chevy Trax from this dealership. I booked an appointment and when I got there they had the car out and ready for a test drive. The process was super easy, they showed honest photos of damage done & their repairs. Their bank got back to me within 30 mins. They explained everything to me about warranty. Super friendly and welcoming staff all around.

I found a car I really wanted at this dealership. It was a great price for a Mazda 6 with low mileage for a 2016. I reached out to confirm its availability on 4:15pm on Thursday afternoon. There was an number that reached out via text in attempt to set up an appointment. It wasn’t any different than any of the other 7-13 (or whatever) dealerships I had been in touch with inquiring about other vehicles as anyone shippping for a car would do. Unfortunately, I live in Kansas City and couldn’t make it in time (they closed at 6:00) to see/test-drive/purchase within the 1.5 hour window I had. However, since I had confirmed it was “still available,” I purchased a rental car the next morning and got there as soon as they opened. After dropping off my $200 rental car and Ubering to the dealership, I found out I was communicating with a “Third-Party company.” Said company had not been in contact with the dealership about the availability of that vehicle and it was, in fact, already purchased….. like.. papers signed and everything. With that being said, a lot of companies have a “Pending Sale” if that’s the case online. Nope. Not here. So that’s two things to be cautious of. Although the salesman at the store was very kind and offered to make me a deal on another vehicle, I was pretty messed up already. Can’t say it’s a bad place to buy a vehicle, but make sure you call and speak with someone there that they haven’t already sold the car your going to see/test drive before you drive 350 miles and don’t rely on the accuracy of inventory availability on their website.
