Both on maintenance and the purchase and purchase of my used 2019 Toyota Prius, I have been seriously been served even better than when I have bought brand new cars from dealers! Do you know everything you've heard about used car salesman, be prepared to be very unexpectedly surprised by each person at BIG O AUTO. I certainly did not expect this level of honesty, competence, and a desire to help me get the most for my money when buying a rebuilt After an extensive 3-party inspection from my own Toyota Prius specialist, (which Big O Auto encourages to give you peace of mind,) I bought a vehicle that serves us well!!. BTW, It’s not that I had negative experiences buying a cars from other dealers (for example Lexus treated us great,) but since this time I was buying a rebuilt car just to reliable get from point A to point B efficiently, I wasn't expecting this level service. Bringing it in for maintenance was actually a very pleasant experience! Is there a mechanics are willing to listen, answer questions and competently do maintenance and repairs. JoAnn G.

We just bought our amazing (new to us) dream SUV on Friday and drove away Saturday morning with a beautiful white Genesis SV80. Impeccable condition 2023 with only 24k miles. It’s our 2nd purchase from Jace and the entire BIG O team. There are so many choices to see on the lot, but if you can’t find your dream vehicle, they will find it for you. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the sales/service team. Best descriptions are, no pressure, no rush to choose or close a deal. Very patient with questions and concerns. if i could give a 0 star i would i bought the car from them 2 years ago and yes it was crashed and they “fixed” it if you can call putting the old beat up bumper back on and panting it and using cheap parts so they can pocket the rest fixing it and about a month ago i noticed a sound (im a mechanic) so i put it on one of my lifts and checked it out and noticed my drive shaft and lower control arms needed replaced so i used my warranty and figured id just go to then cuz i got it from them they said they fixed it and they only replaced the lower control arms and didn’t replace the drive shaft claiming they didn’t know when i literally told them that and payed them for an “inspection” apparently they didn’t inspect anything on top of that they put a dent in my driver door and tried to act like it wasn’t them when i have proof it wasn’t there before so moral of the story don’t go here for any service and if you buy a car from them LOOK THE VIN UP ON GOOGLE!!! and check out the places they “fixed”
