I just bought a car here and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I worked with Manny, and he was fantastic very chill, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. No stress at all, just a genuinely cool person to work with. We did almost the entire process over text message, which was so convenient. By the time I actually got to the store, all I had to do was test drive, sign the paperwork, and drive my new car home. If you want a seamless, hassle-free experience, ask for Manny!

Manny was amazing! I was referred to them by a friend who had also gotten a vehicle with them. I’m in a position now where my credit is terrible and I needed a car. I was worried that at a dealership like ones that work with bad credit that the cars/SUVs/Trucks would be way over priced and not the best. I was so wrong! They may not have the biggest selection but the vehicles were VERY nice! Very reasonably priced and the application process was so easy! I got approved in like 20 mins and couldn’t believe it! Manny was so great to work with and made the process so easy! I would recommend this place to anyone whether your credit is bad or amazing the vehicles are great! I got a nice GMC Terrain and I love it! I did put money down because of my credit but it was nothing compared to what the other dealerships were wanting! This place is definitely a 10/10!!!

I have been dealing with car issues for the last 2 years, I finally went to look for a car on April 20,2026. I got denied by at least 4 dealerships that day 2 were buy here pay here. I was just about to give up and decided to try one final place. That place I strolled into was Auto world. Manny Lopez was very kind and got to business right away to do everything he needed to do too get me approved. Guess what? He did it! All day nothing but bad luck and right before I gave up, he got me approved! He was so kind and just one amazing person. He wasn't being a salesman who just wanted to throw me into something. He was treating me like a person not just a customer! I'm so happy with my new car and I will encourage everyone I know to go speak to Manny! Manny, you're the man!

I was struggling to find a reliable and trustworthy dealer. Auto World fell in my lap and had what I was looking for. When I say that Manny and Jose went above and beyond. I mean it. I do reviews a lot. Honest always. We had a quick misunderstanding and it was fixed immediately. I bought on the 72nd and Dodge area. They have another lot. I am telling everyone about them. Any issues, CALL. They will talk to you. It’s family run from what I gathered. I will now only buy here. A truck soon. I do want to say - when you see bad reviews, look at the source, look at their other reviews and what they are upset about.

I would give this dealer ship 10/10 stars but it only goes up to 5. I'm not one to ever really leave reviews. But Manny sold us a car that quite frankly changed our lives. After 3 dealerships denying us giving us any chance at getting a fair deal for a car. Auto world was there to make a huge difference in my family's life. If you need a car that you're not going to have to worry about being a lemon and getting a good price. Please come check these guys out !
