William was helpful and personable, and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly, transparent, and accommodating. The whole sales transaction was smooth and easy, and they were quite willing to be flexible to make the sale as painless as possible. I feel like I got a great camper, at a good price, and they gave me a range of options when it came to the cost for necessary accessories - and the work to put everything together was done on time and on budget. Pretty much everyone involved in the process came out to help go over everything after it was installed.

We recently purchased a camping trailer and had an absolutely great experience from start to finish. William was fantastic—he took the time to show us the trailer, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Jody handled the financial paperwork and made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which is not something you can always say about financing. After the purchase, Neil did our walkthrough, and he was thorough, patient, and incredibly helpful. He made sure we understood everything before we left and took the time to explain all the details. Overall, the whole team worked seamlessly together, and we couldn’t be happier with both the service and our new trailer. Highly recommend!

We purchased our new ORV camper trailer from these folks in Dec’22. We found them to be super helpful in helping us sort through which camper was best for our lifestyle. Since then, they’ve maintained the trailer and the service has been excellent. They were especially helpful this spring in advising us on an upgraded battery system and were consistent in letting us know that certain upgrades were not relevant and/or overkill. The installation was great and they took pride in delivering to us an upgrade that was aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Highly recommend.

My fiance and I started looking for a 5th wheel last fall. We went to a few places here and there dealing with pushy salesmen and such. We saw an add on the Rangitsch Brothers RV Facebook page for an Outdoor 5th wheel. When we walked into their office we were greated by William, a hands down 5 star sales associate! We told him exactly what we wanted and once he showed us a few models he backed off giving us a lil space to visit and I appreciated that. He worked SO hard in helping us getting our motorhome traded in and putting this deal together. We had to get a different pickup to pull the 5th wheel and once we found what we needed he went the extra mile and talked to our truck salesman to make sure the truck had what we needed to pull it and I love when a salesman goes that extra mile for you. The owners Jim and Joel have a great crew working with them and a huge inventory. Jody helped us with our banking portion making sure we got the best interest rate out there, she was amazing and so very nice. Technicians Tim, Neil and JD all had a helping hand in getting everything put together and Adam and Marcel in parts were instrumental in getting us on the road with the best hitch out there. William was involved in all aspects of this sale which i also appreciated. He set up a walk thru making sure we knew how everything worked. EVERYONE had a job and did it well while answering our questions along the way. They were all so professional, knowledgeable, helpful and so down to earth.
