Had an absolutely amazing experience at Missoula Chevrolet. My car blew up over the weekend. Saturday to be exact. I immediately got into contact with Anthony Schmalz. If you’re looking for a salesman you can trust, this is 100% your guy! I let him know what happened, and he got right to work to help me find the right vehicle. I was out of town, but he sent me vehicles based on what I was looking for and gathered all the information needed ahead of time. We got back late last night, but I was able to walk in there today (Monday), take the vehicle I was interested in on a test drive, and the rest of the process went so smoothly! I got to take home a Chevy Traverse today that I am over the moon about. Anthony made the process so easy and enjoyable. I have dreaded buying cars in the past, but Anthony and the whole team at Missoula Chevrolet are genuine people who care about their customers! Coley Jones helped with all the financing, warranty, and gap insurance. He thoroughly explained everything and you can tell how genuine he is. He was very helpful through the whole ordeal and goes above and beyond to get you the best payment, warranty, gap insurance, whatever you need. I couldn’t be more impressed with the team they have working there. I was traveling from Bozeman to Vancouver WA and experienced an electrical issue early on a Sunday. I was able to leave my 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 at Missoula Chevrolet, knowing they were closed until Monday. The next morning, Peggy helped me get checked in and a service tech was able to get to my truck within a couple hours to diagnose a broken ground stud G134 which caused an electrical fault. This requires a cab off chassis warranty repair. I had my truck back by the end of the day! I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed by the service team at Missoula Chevrolet!

Mike Jenkins and his son Reed Jenkins are just a couple of the team members who make Missoula Chevrolet what it is everyday. Mike sold us our first new Chevrolet in 2005, then 2007 and then 2008. We then pivoted to another manufacture but have returned to the General Motors family thanks to Missoula Chevrolet. As it was in 2005 it was the same in 2026… an amazing warm, inviting and straight forward purchasing experience. The entire finance team found great options and competitive rates without any cryptic games. True straight forward business practice. So very refreshing!! Then factor in all the behind the scene folks like the detailing team and the mechanics who certify the vehicles to the bookkeepers and beyond. Just an amazing team!!
