Trustworthy. Mike is great. Good website. Solid communication, fair pricing, good quality cars. No nonsense. They aren’t out to work you over. Friendly, but not “too” friendly, you know? Don’t let the fact it’s a smaller dealership scare you. That’s money they *aren't* spending on fancy-pants large dealership buildings. I definitely recommend them.

Jim King Motors is a great little lot. He's honest. Really great guy. He tries hard to do right by his customers. He has a decent selection of budget used cars, maybe a first car for a high school graduate with a first job or going to college, a person looking for a good deal or maybe a family needing an extra vehicle. We haven't bought from him yet, but he is working to try to fix one for us.

Outstanding place to do business with. Mike is the best, he will get you taken care of quickly and fairly. I would highly recommend Jim King Motors to anyone looking for a used car.

Very dependable. If you're looking for a good used car to rent, this is the place. Reliable service, that gets you rolling with no hassle and unnecessary delays. At least you know the car will work, the heat and air will work and even the radio. That's great service.

Unless you absolutely have to, I would not recommend using his car rental service. Firstly, I was given a car that I'm quite certain was from the 90's. Which, is not a big deal had it been a vehicle that was slightly safe, let alone legal. A few days after renting the vehicle I was pulled over by the Chesterfield Police Department because my registration had expired in February! It was currently mid April. Upon taking out my contract there was nothing legible on the contract except for my name and his name, I was given a written warning and I took the vehicle down the next day to have him fix the registration. He simply had someone switch the license plates. I thought it was fixed, I gave him the money for the following week's rent, after he found the MISPLACED contract. The next day I was pulled over by the Chesterfield Police Department. I was asked if I always roll around with fictitious license plates or if the vehicle was stolen? After sometime, when the police officer realize that it was a rental, I was uncuffed and kindly let go with a verbal warning. Knowing that I had illegal license plates on the car, I was not able to drive it very much because I didn't want to go to jail. When I did get the car returned, he could find no record of any payments that I had made, in the pictures below you will see that I have a copy, as well as the falling roof, all gauges worked maybe 50% of the time, it was missing a wheel stud(the bolt the lug nut attaches to)that holds the tire on, which made the steering wheel shake so violently when brakes are applied, that you could barely hold on to it. Mirrors rattled so badly that you could not use any of them, and it idled so high sometimes I thought the engine was going to come out of the hood, 1 back door was rusted shut, other back door didn't open at all, and it smelled terrible. Now comes the better part, when I got there he told me that I owed him for the entire time that I had the vehicle, when I was paid current. Told me I was way over the mileage allowance, and wanted to charge me an outrageous amount of money on top of keeping my deposit. I would be very wary about doing business someplace that cannot keep track of the receipts, contracts, paperwork, and can't remember the visits.
