Giving a one star because you guys have great salesmen. Currently with a car that has had issues of course that’s expected right? Full price I get what I paid for right? Car of the lot was dirty incorrect cleaner used on the car.. and wasn’t even really cleaned out tbh. My issue though should have pointed it out.. few weeks later hearing rattling and breaks are loose.. hub caps caused rattle but definitely still old rotors and they tightened the break system so it didn’t give as much.. same rotors though.. on the phone with their lovely hold music currently after being forwarded to voicemail by account team multiple times.. just to make a payment.. and my ac has gone out right? And now we can’t get an appointment until July 20th.. it’s the summer guys.. disappointed to say the least.. typed this response before getting forwarded again.. round 4.. this is super discouraging I doubt I’ll recommend or do business here again.. you guys are up 20k at the end of this.. congratulations.. oh and my car was shut off because no one is available or picking my calls up.. it’s only been 2 months by the way..
