My husband and I have been purchasing our vehicles from here for many years. We have gotten our kids cars from here too and even referred their friends. Both the John's that work there are great. We tell them what we wont, if they dont have it they will look for it in an auction. Prices are reasonable along with down payments and are willing to do what they can to get you into the car you want. I highly recommend this place. Ask for John and tell them the Nelson's set you there. They will take care of you.
Bought and paid off a car with them. It lasted me for a few years. I loved it. I didn't have a problem with them except once but they fixed the problem and no extra money was needed on my end. Just be sure to check out your car before purchase and any issues they will fix.
I spoke to John told him what my budget was and he worked at finding the car I wanted and not spending all of my budget. On top of that they stand behind their vehicles with a 1 year warranty. I am pleased.
I got my car in May. The car I purchased is a pretty reliable vehicles so I felt comfortable with my purchase. Withing 6 months my motor blew out. A $3000 repair. My warranty already ran out so they couldn't do anything but I'm pissed because how did my engine blow out in that short amount of time.
Yesterday I came In interested in a 2016 Ford Fusion that had 164xxx Miles off rip the first thing I noticed was the brown rusted rotors I proceeded to test drive the car and everything was fine I asked the salesman what was the Warranty? and he said the warranty was only for 12 months and it only covered the Engine and transmission I asked him so what about the rotors the first thing he said was “The rotors are fine & new anytime u don’t drive a car & it just sits they get rusty” Now I’m not the smartest person in the world and this isn’t my first time going to car lots but I’m 100% sure when u get a car the rotors and everything are supposed to be brand new Then I asked for the carfax report which he didn’t want to give me because he knew something was up with the car after looking at the carfax report it said in black & white that the rotors hasn’t been changed since 06/02/2023 it’s 2025 after proving to him that the rotors were not new the salesman caught a attitude like a girl and proceeded to get rude all because I found out there trying to rip people off DONT SHOP AT AUTO BUY CREDIT THEY’RE SELLING BS CARS PEOPLE DONT SHOP AT AUTO BUY CREDIT!!!!
