I went in only expecting to do paper work, because I didn't have my down payment yet. JOE took just the car I drove up in. An 04 Pontiac Grand AM. Drove until the wheels where going to fall off, as a down payment and I drove off in my new to me 2010 Mazda 3. Joe wans very friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend you go see JOE.
Our previous experience with Car Mart was not great but that was before Colton. Colton went above and beyond to help us get back into a vehicle that fit our needs. From start to finish, everyone we encountered was so welcoming and helpful. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase through Car-Mart and by far our best experience! The staff is awesome! Knowledgeable, fun and courteous, and they are willing to work for you and your circumstances. They're not overbearing and pushy, they let us drive as many vehicles as we wished. They were even great with our kiddos 😁 If you want to be treated fairly and honestly come talk to them.
