Purchased 2nd vehicle from this place about 11 months ago, absolutely love Kinnick auto credit. This is my go to place for a vehicle. Two thumbs up!

Would not buy a car from this person. Knowingly sold me a car with brake issues. Laughed about it afterward. Now, 10,000 miles later the same car is trash. I will still be paying back the debt I owe on this car while financing another as a single mother. Would not suggest doing business with this person. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. Scummy.

Jake was not present both times I came to purchase a suv. He double charge on interst and leave Jen to handle his business.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT COME HERE! Jake, the owner, let me set up a payment arrangement due to me starting a new job. They repossessed the vehicle 1 day before the payment was due, without any notice. I called multiple times to make a payment before they came. I did not get ahold of anybody until after they got the vehicle. When I offered the money, Jake said “I don’t know if you think this is a game but I don’t want your money. I got what I wanted.” (assuming it’s the vehicle) Jake is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Jake admitted to taking a registered gun out of the vehicle and stole the bullets out of it. When I called him about the gun, he cussed me out and told me to get my lawyer involved. Very unprofessional, liars, and all they want is your money.

My Girlfriend recently put $1,000 down payment on a 05Ford Expedition truck about a week ago 3/18/18 and we have taken it back to get fixed like 3 times already claims she has Warranty but they said she have to get the truck fixed somewhere else and pay for it to get fixed. Thats crazy when we only drove it off the lot, than instantly it start messing up from there. Remind you we just put down a$1,000 downpayment to finance the truck we thought was in Great condition! Had it for a week now and it's been in the shop majority of the time. They keep having to fix on it! Cant even get our money back for the Lemon they sold to her!! Wish I can rate them 0 stars!
