I recently had my engine seize up on my Lincoln amongst lots of other bad luck or no luck issues! I’ve had no car went for 2 weeks and I was just about out of faith when I found City Wide Auto. I spoke with Jose the manager who was amazing along with the staff! in just 24 hours the staff they helped me via the I home since I didn’t have a car I wedged everything done before I got there and they were very accommodating. The next day I was financed and in a car! I can not say enough how grateful I am to the staff especially Jose at city wide for going out of there way to make sure I got into a car that fits my families needs and budget. This by far was the easiest and fastest so far along with the most friendliest staff I’ve experienced when buying a car!!! So blessed, So Happy!!! Thank you City wide! Jamie

Bought a Chrysler 2010 it started having shut issues and they couldn't find out why it had engine leak on passenger side but still they could fix shut issues. Then traded me out 3 weeks ago to a 2013 Lincoln mks nice car but engine issue after an oil change 2 days ago on Saturday then I took it back and they said keep a eye on the oil and antifreeze another mechanic said it's mixing and that's a problem with engine so instead of fixing their issue they caused they want to play harder and put all on the customer I used to think this lot was the best but now I see they are scamming their customers financially and put it in the contracts so you can't recover from the loss
