I went in to get a vehicle and was on the highway heading home within a 3 hour period. Everyone there is amazing,they are all believers so they aren't trying to pull anything shady. They are for everyone to be successful. They will get you in a ride and on the road if it's possible at all.Thank you Recovery Auto.

I’ve gotten two dodge durangos from them. One last year and one this year. I love both of them and will continue to do business with them. They r very easy to talk to and not just trying to make a sale. They answer all my questions and take very good care of all my needs if any arise. I’m happy to call them family now even though we r not related!!!! I recommend anyone to them no matter how bad ur credit is , if they can get u into a good vehicle they will do it!!!!

I bought a mini cooper from here 8000 down the drain I drove this car a week after the week it stated smoking real bad can’t drive never got it tagged either well I called him Tommy and told him it was smoking bad he says I must of done something to it. I did not I drove to work 5 days you can’t see thru the smoke to drive it anywhere well needless to say he got my money and I got his junk he wouldn’t give any money back Orr t do anything to make right he said I would love this car I should have known better but didn’t this is a good looking car too bad he took advantage of a new widower just trying to get her life together again I’m still so very upset over this deal it’s sad that he does this to People

If you think they check the vehicle for road compliance before selling, you are wrong. No dash lights, no tail lights (of course you don't test drive at night so you might miss it), bad wheel bearing (which you won't know what that sound may be since you're not a mechanic), AC leak (they only recharge Freon but not stop the leak so a month later you have no AC), leaking roof (you wouldn't find out until heavy rains a month after).. Tommy's response? Missouri is an as is state. Btw, this was a $10k vehicle. Good luck Since Tommy decided to respond here and talk about what I didn't mention in my original post, I should add the fact that I didn't get the truck until 3 weeks after I paid for it because there were issues from day one. I get it, I shouldn't have expected that the bare minimum items such as tails lights would have been checked by your crew, excuse me for trusting you.. lesson learned! If you want to do the bare minimum and wash your hands that's just shady business.. I don't expect anything from you, I will fix these items, You keep the $10k. Im only sharing my experience so that other potential customers can make an educated decision.

The owner sold me a car with a bad transmission and cost over 3300$ to fix and when we asked for a portion of that he pulled a gun on me and kicked me out a dangerous place to shop and if you read other Google reviews you will see he never takes ownership for his faults just wants to argue never once has he told anyone hey you know what your rite im sorry its always a excuse or something of the sort but hears the kicker in this all he owns a church and is the pastor there now call me crazy but pastors are supposed to be good honest people but this is 2026 so who knows
