I had a great experience working with Pam when I purchased my 2020 Tahoe. From the start, she was very kind, sweet, and genuinely understanding. Just a few days after buying the vehicle, I started having transmission issues—it was slipping by the third day. That could’ve turned into a really stressful situation, but Pam stepped up and made sure everything was handled the right way. She helped get the transmission shop involved to replace it, and also made sure my O2 sensor was taken care of. What really stood out was how supportive and helpful she was through the whole process. She didn’t brush anything off—she listened and made sure I was taken care of. I also want to give a big thank you to Karen, the manager. I was definitely frustrated at times, but she stayed calm, understanding, and professional. She worked with me and helped make sure everything got resolved, which I really appreciate. Overall, Pam and Karen both went above and beyond to make a tough situation right. I’m very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend working with them!
