This place is amazing! They work with you so much! The lady’s who run the counter and so nice and go over the top to help. Floledlth is one of the lady’s and she is as nice as can be! Carmen is also the lady who helped me with my care she is also kinda and will go a live and beyond for you! If you want a good car for a good price come down to this lot and take a look! I’ve referred multiple people to the spot and they all have Had no problems and if there were problems, they got them fixed ASAP. (The Red Ford Taurus is my car. I’ve had it for a month now so that’s why it looks so dirty but all the other cars are super clean!)

I would say 5 stars doesn't give this company enough justice. My husband and I both purchased vehicles from them a couple months apart and they were beyond honest, and provide the best customer service of any company I've experienced before. You can see they take pride in their work and will go above and beyond for their customers. I thought it was great they remembered us and treated us with great respect, explained things in terms I understood. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I really love this place! I purchased a car here at the end of January! I love my car. The few things I've had wrong with it I have brought it back here and they have always done amazing work!! They are always so friendly and welcoming!! Very honest and always does the best! Will definitely get my next car here and recommend anyone else who needs a vehicle! Carmen is really the best. She is always so great. And they really treat you well here!!! Definitely 5 stars from me.

Kind but not the greatest of selection and I would caution what you buy from them. Very friendly staff though.

Oh boy do I have a lot to say. We had purchased this vehicle about two months ago. Test drive went great, no issues that stood out, and this family owned business seemed reliable. We knew this car had come in the day before, but they had told us it passed inspection and I had to drive back to school the next day. It was listed at $7500 and we got it down to $6800. We drove the vehicle home, the engine light came on, went back the next day, they “looked” at it, said they sprayed air to clean it, and gave us a VERY limited warranty. Before I went to college I had an oil change and $400 worth of charges that needed to be done on this car there. The same day the engine light comes on again and we call 5 star… they were no help and told us to keep driving on it. Took it to get looked at and had repairs done. The car was drove until it started to stall, chug, and be life threatening. Took it to a new mechanic shop in Kansas City, who we highly trust, and they told us they had found 6 huge issues. They had also informed us that these existed when we purchased the vehicle or were caused by an issue that 5 Star Automotive knew about and did not tell us. Now we are $2000 into repairs which 5 star would not pay for, stuck with a vehicle that is unsafe, and not worth the further repairs because it is priced higher than the car itself.
