My sales lady sold me a almost new Ford Focus for exactly what she quoted over the phone. She's very knowledgeable and has wonderful PR skills. Nice friendly staff and professional environment. Recommended to do business with.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I bought a Volkswagen Beetle from there and I only got it because I needed one that bad. I put $1000 that I had saved down on the car and drove of the lot. The next morning I had to drive about 1.5 hours back to my school campus and the car broke down on me! The door locked and I had to manually open it, once I was able to do that, my car wouldn’t turn on. I had to wait for my boyfriend to drive about 30 minutes to me and I had to go buy jumper cables and a new battery for my key. The day after I bought it! I called Southeast Autoplex and told them what happened and asked for my 1K back, it hadn’t even been 24 hours, and they refused to give it back. I had to get back to school so I went to go eat and start on my way down to school. I ate at the restaurant and walked out (wasn’t more than 30 minutes) and the car broke down yet again, I had to ask some people to jump the car so I could leave to get back to school. Over the course of the next month, I couldn’t get in the car without waiting for someone to come jump the car for me. Every time I told Southeast Autoplex they would do nothing. So I told them I am not paying! Why would I pay for a car that I can’t even drive?? The radio was also broken and they told me that they had a man who could come anywhere I am to fix it. When I called him he had no idea what I was talking about. So the car just sat in the garage since they would refuse to do anything and I couldn’t drive it. They later reported me and said I was harboring the vehicle…AFTER I called and told them multiple times to come tow it because I couldn’t drive it. Terrible customer service and will sell you cars that DO NOT WORK. 👎👎👎👎

WORST car lot ever!! I put 1k down on a 2014 Volkswagen that I had problems with a week after having it, it kept jerking when I pressed on the gas and my check engine light kept coming on! I brought it to them the first time they told me it was the spark plugs then brought it again for the same issue and they said it was the air filter so when I brought it a third time it was too late they told me the engine is gone! I only had the car one month only made one payment on it just for the motor to go out! They said they are not giving me my down payment back and will not put me another car. I’m a single mom and they took advantage of me ! It has been two weeks and they have yet to find a motor for the car because they said the mechanic hasn’t had time to sit down and find one ! I told him I would call back in two weeks (that’ll make a month of not having the car) and that better have an answer for me on what they are going to do and Kash said “I’m just going to be honest with you ma’am, In two weeks we still won’t have an answer for you”. So I told him I’m not making anymore payments on a car I ain’t driving! I got the car November 17th the car went out December 26th it is now January 9th still no car or an update on when they are going to fix it! I made the worst mistake of my life going to this dealership! Please PLEASE don’t make the same mistake! They will put you in something that’s for sure but you need to be prepared for what comes right along with it!! They ain’t nothing but a bunch of scammers!!!

Received a car from them and this is the first car lot I’ve been too who doesn’t work with you in keeping your vehicle . The lady in the billing department has a VERY VERY BAD ATTITUDE for someone who is taking have of a thousand dollars from me every month . They are high and they get confused and please hope and pray they don’t give you a car with issues because they have no warranty whatsoever let alone would they help you with anything. I liked working with Kash and Allen and although Allen is who calls the shots he can also be reasonable .

No ONE should purchase a car from this dealership! It should be shutdown! It’s shameful! All of you who have been affected, need to contact the better business bureau! Threatening to repo cars after one day being late is ridiculous! After hearing numerous of my clients complaining about the acts this dealership is partaking in, something should be done! Do NOT BUY A CAR From this dealership!
