I don’t understand why bad reviews because they give you the option to test drive before purchasing!! I had the best experience and with a bigger suv !

Just wanted you guys to come on down to City Motors they have a great selection of cars you can buy from the sales person I talk to over the phone gave me a great deal on a vehicle that I was very interested in I also spoke with John who was very pleasing and very helpful with me buying this vehicle come on down guys and get you a car best place to shop

I bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado from them like 7 years ago , and she still run great , nonthing bad to say about them

Do not buy from these people. They sold me a lemon. Ford Expedition 2004 model. They came to repo it and I really didn't care because it wasn't worth the payments or time and effort. I am only giving 1 star because I have to. They overcharged and were really not helpful to begin with. They sent three people to overtake my vehicle in front of my five and six year old. We were inside a store and they told everybody in the front my business. Worst experience of my entire life. See yall in court.

Why can’t I give a -100 stars? I’m so glad I found these reviews! My husband and I financed a SUV from these people a couple of years ago. We had to return it for service SEVERAL times. They would continue to turn the service engine lights off and give it back! Would not give us another vehicle while they had ours and had the WORST attitudes! We picked it back up one day after they “fixed the problem” and we broke down on the way back home with our young daughter and baby boy in over 100 degree weather stuck in traffic on CountyLine Rd. We called them and they seriously told us to DRIVE IT BACK! We told them we can’t because it was broken down!! They said nothing they could do at that point!! We were late every single month because our SUV was in the shop ALL.THE.TIME. They sure did have a tow truck at that point tho! Constantly looking for our SUV in the middle of the night so we would wake up with no vehicle. We didn’t have one anyway because the junk didn’t run! Even professional mechanics didn’t want anything to do with it! Turned out to be blown head gaskets so we paid the price of a brand new vehicle to pay that one off AND fix the SUV. Two years AFTER we paid our SUV off I had to change my phone number because they would call me asking if I knew people that had the same last name as mine because they were late!!! I’m pretty sure that’s illegal AND giving out people personal information is unethical to say the least! We had to contact better business bureau and they responded that we were still paying so we were satisfied with the transaction!!! Some people do care about credit! Turns out THEY DONT EVEN REPORT! Dumbest thing I ever did was go to this raggedy car lot and get ripped off and robbed. Y’all listen. THEY ARE SELLING JUNK. They don’t care about you and they are not good people! Pass on by! Do not stop and save your money! They might seem nice at first but once they got your signature you are on your own and just took a huge gamble. Do yourself a favor and everyone else, let everyone know these people will rip you off and sell you a broken vehicle and sleep at night like they are saints! They should be ashamed of themselves! You put my children in danger! Thankfully there are good people out there with WORKING vehicles WITH working air that helped us on that dreadful day! They respond to bad reviews like it’s the customers fault but y’all are the only ones who posted positive reviews on your own business! Just shameful.
