David was fantastic—truly a pro with a great sense of humor to make the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. He handled everything quickly and smoothly, turning what could’ve been a headache into an absolute breeze. I’d recommend David’s team to anyone. I’m absolutely loving my new ride 😍😍 Thanks, David!
Great financing options for credit challenges, but expect some disorganization. I recently finished paying off a truck I bought from Thrifty, and I wanted to share an honest look at my two-year experience with them. The Pros: If you have cash for a down payment but struggle with credit, this is easily one of the best programs around. They offer a 0% interest Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) model which is unheard of. I chose the option to put a larger chunk down to keep my weekly payments low. Not having to deal with high interest rates or full-coverage insurance requirements saved me thousands over the life of the loan. It’s a straightforward, "what you see is what you get" price. The Cons: While the financial side is great, the customer service and administration could use some work. I dealt with several communication issues over the last two years. The biggest frustration came on the day I finally paid the truck off—it took the team two and a half hours just to locate my title. They seem a bit disorganized on the back end, so you’ll need to stay on top of your own records and be patient when dealing with the office. Final Verdict: I would recommend Thrifty if you want to avoid predatory interest rates and have the down payment ready. The "no interest" deal is the real winner here! I would definitely buy here again.
My friend bought car from here recently and it had major oil leaks, a hard shift, mix match wheels, bald tires, and the general manager was incredibly rude. They did replace transmission but didn’t relearn the transmission there is a hard shift from second to third that is obvious. She brought the vehicle back the day after she got it because of this. When she did they told she was married to the car and to not contact them again. Now I understand higher mileage cars are gonna have problems and smalls oil leaks and may need tires but for a car to sit for the night and be low on oil in the morning is not normal. Along with that one rim was 16” while the others are 17”. In the video it says y’all did control arms and tie rod ends but that is false.(it won’t let me post the video but I can send it to you if you would like) It needs inner and outer tie rods along with lower control arms. The strut on the driver ride was replaced that is true. But also in the video you can see the wheel is not straight when driving straight now I may just be a female but I have went to NADC and work as an apprentice in a shop so I know a little. Therefore if you did replace the control arms and tie rods then an alignment would’ve been preformed. She is a female with no real mechanical knowledge and she was taken advantage of even one of their employees felt bad for her when she tried returning the car or exchange it due to how she was treated. The employees knew she was bring scammed and felt bad for her. That doesn’t look good for a business. If you could please send a picture of the repair order.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!! These people will come get your car right before you finish paying on it and claim that you haven’t paid your previous month!!!! It’s a scam!!!! And crazy you claim “working for free” when you verbally agreed to this woman you would let her make monthly payments. And then you go back on your word? That’s crazy Henry. Maybe you should get your business in check. Don’t sit here and play victim you know what you did was wrong. See you in court.
Do not buy from thrifty it’s not about anything but they can’t be trusted. He took my car from me and I wasn’t even behind he lied to the better bureau and all because he sold me a truck that had wires just wired up hidden all by the motor and the headlights wires were exposed I tried to fix the lights and it wouldn’t work Henry says I drove the car for two months but you should never sell people cars like this I lost my lawn business and I’m struggling. I contacted him and he told me that he would help me then said I was threatening him then blocked me. They also tried to say I had a repo which I didn’t. I feel Every one should be aware I thought Henry was a good guy I’m not sure if I even talk to him but they were very rude and I just don’t understand why say your going to help me th en block me on Facebook then repo the car two days after please beware I will have pictures. He could make someone go into real depression because I really lost my lively hood as no one waits for you to cut there lawn and now I’m fighting for my life here are the pictures.
