DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend anyone going here for a car. I was told nothing was wrong with the Kia Forte I financed but as soon as it was time for me to pay my first note the motor went out and they blamed it on me getting a oil change not only that i asked the OWNER if i could leave it sitting there until i found a motor and he told me it was fine so days after looking i just decided to give it back but as soon as i went to get my belongings and my vvt solenoid piece i put on there the day it went out he called the police on me because i was trying to get everything mind you the note is paid so therefore it’s still mines until this month is up then he tried to say i abandoned the vehicle when he the one that told me i could leave it sitting there until i found a motor. They up there selling lemons and be rigging them cars. i had to out that one lil star to post this but they don’t get no stars from me! please don’t go wasting your money here they getting out on people and taking everybody money

I got 2015 expedition from them on 2/23.. My mechanic did thorough quick check since he wasn’t allowed to drive it. James checked the “check engine light” and just basically erased code…Okay so besides the sound radio not working, and small cosmetic issues, got get shocks, I went and purchased it, Check engine light came back on later on, for the “02 sensor and catalytic converter”. I’m like I want my money back, he said sales are final.. but he will get the o2 sensors and parking sensors fixed, cause it kept beeping. Had to ride around for next week half with it beeping . Even though he say it’s been changed, it looks like they just disabled it cause you can see it hanging from under the truck, but it wasn’t big deal on my end. After they changed everything, check engine came back on later on. Again it’s for the catalytic converter, he kept saying it might be some else but bring it in. So I waited, to see if it’ll get better, the truck kept having “sluggish acceleration” and kept cutting off, . Fast forward, dropped it off and they changed the “solenoid” Then again check engine came on again later on. for same reason “catalytic converter. I’m just like, I ain’t finna keep calling them for same thing. Vehicle steady having “sluggish acceleration “ , etc. so I let my mechanics look at it they self.. “spark plugs, coil packs, valve cover gasket is bad… all of it bad… and I felt like they knew it was all bad, when all they had to do was kept it real and say you gone need and gone have to pay for the “tuneup…. Ain’t no way they checked them. Been dealing with it since I got it. Haven't had the chance to enjoy the vehicle. But got spark plugs fixed and it drives better, got get rest fixed, including the ac, but the ac problem i'm not tripping about because it happen way after the fact. Update: I wouldn't recommend nobody to get car from them. My motor went out within two months of me having it the other day. I tried to be nice and explain everything been going on with the car, he's very nonchalant and don't care and he thought I was finna pay to get it towed there for him to tell me that I"ll have to pay for it. So I returned the keys.

Horrible place to get a car from. My dad Calvin Hayes, has gotten 2 cars from this place so he thought it would be ok to get another one from them. My dad paid $1000 down on a jeep compass, the next day the check engine light came on and it's started running rough. My dad called them and told them about this they said they would take care of it. After 2 days my dad went and parked the car in front of the dealership. They called him a few days later and said come pick it up that it's fixed. I went and got the jeep and not even three days later the car started shaking and cutting off. Every thime he pull up to the red light it cut off. He got to auto zone on dedeaux rd and couldn't go any farther. He left it at AutoZone and advised them that he had broke down, he left it because the dealership was closed so he called them and told them and told them what happened and where it's at. I haven't heard anything else.

Horrible customer service. I definitely did not pay my Note because I couldn’t even get a tag for the car because it was reported stolen and had A lean on the title. They could have relayed that information before I paid my money and drove off car lot.

Worst place to get a car. I put so much $$ in this car and paid 2 months ahead of time yet he still told me because someone else drove the car i was up for repo sad sad sad
